Brenda Rudder
Studio E
New Guest Artist This Year
Painting
Brenda Rudder, is a wildlife artist that specializes in creating stunning artworks on natural wood. Her pieces, rich in intricate details and vibrant colours, showcase a deep connection and passion for the natural world around us.
Brenda spent her youth chasing dragonflies and bullfrogs at Jack lake where her love of nature was born and has drawn and painted animals ever since.
Having experimented with many media over the years, she now solely uses Acrylics on reclaimed wood scraps from a local mill. Each piece of wood is already a work of art by mother nature and provides the inspiration and the perfect canvas to bring her love of nature to life.
Brenda has also expanded her love of birds and animals to glass painting and needle felting.
While Brenda is showing at Studio E on Chandos Lake during the Studio Tour, she also welcomes visitors to contact her for directions to her Wollaston Lake studio at other times of the year.
