Clare Scott-Taggart (Rusty GIrl) has worked in metal for the past 30 years. Every fall she displays her garden art and practical plant supports – birdbaths, climbers and trellises – at the Apsley Studio tour. She has recently moved to the Thousand Islands and maintains a small studio there.
